5.  How do you plan to communicate with us during the listing term?
I work in person, by phone and email at regular (usually weekly) intervals and as developments occur. Much communication occurs early in the listing period with arrangements for photographers, Home Show appearances, flier delivery, etc.

Offers and contract acceptance bring frequent communications, also. I can arrange for you to access showing feedback, and I am always available to answer your questions or concerns. I strive to give every client my full attention during meetings, so there are times at which I am personally unavailable. When I am available, my assistant can direct questions and provide answers if necessary. And whenever my assistant answers an email for me, he will always identify himself clearly, so there is never any confusion or misunderstandings. 


 

6.  What professional organizations do you belong to? What contacts do you have for out-of-town buyers?

I hold membership in the Collin County Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the McKinney Chamber of Commerce. I carry the GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) advanced designations for my continued real estate education.
